Mass Meet Update

Hey people, this is from Mandy. It is about what we discussed in the last mass meet held on 12/01/2011. Mandy would like to thank members who attend the last mass meeting. :)

Also please note that there are a few of the events in February and March. We need at least 15 people to join each event in order for them to be carried out.

EVENT DETAILS

1) Photoshoot in school (late feb)

2) Movie screening in W1 (late feb)

3) Gekiken friendly match between RP and TP (March) $6/pax

4) Manga drawing session with other schools (SP, NYP and RP's Comics IG) (whole month of March)

5) Gekiken workshop (April)

Helicon Event

1) Camp for secondary school (please contact Erisa)

2) Help out in chingay 2010 (please contact Jared)

*for Helicon event, do contact the person in charge as stated above.

NOTE: Please reply MANDY on which event you will like to go and also the event will be canceled if there is no one joining. Reply with your name, student ID, contact number and the name of the event you are going. You can join more then one event.

We are encouraged to join at least 2 events. Confirmation dates for event will be next week.

*Please do not ask about confirmation dates and times as we have not confirmed yet. This has been made very clear in the mass meeting. Only when the event is confirm, then we will discuss more on the day and time to suit everyone.

*ALL events are free of charge EXCEPT for (3).

* Feel free to bring friends along. Also please state your friend's name, student ID , contact number and event.

* LASTLY, please do not back out unless you have a valid reason.
