JCIG Camp 2010

Hi all JCIG members,

To those that are attending the JCIG camp this Thursday, 30^th September,

We will be gathering at the W1 forum at 9am sharp (do not be late).

Packing List:

(bring $2 for the camp fee)

• Clothes: 2 sets of Clothes, Jacket, undergarments

• Shower Items: Towels, shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste

• Footwear: Sports Shoe/Sandal, slipper (for bathing)

• Writing supplies: Pen, paper

• Money (for meals & transport)

• Medications (If required)

• Water Bottle (recommended)

• Sleeping Bag

• Laptop (optional)

• Laptop Charger (optional)

Cooking Lessons

HI JCIG members,

Cooking lesson is up for signing up now. Due to the respond, we are now allowing members who can go for 2 of the workshop to join in.Closing time will be 15th sept (today) 23.59pm

There is also a slight changes in the timing.

Date: 27th sept and 7th of oct

Time: 1-3pm

time : 10-1pm

Place: SHL kitchen (E64H)

Max. 20pax (first come first serve basis) HURRY UP!!!

Please Reply to the email sent with your name, ID, contact number and also the 2 dates you will be attending.

We are also looking for people who are interested in taking photo and video during the lessons.

*it will be counted in as one of the 20 students.

Students who attended might be chosen to teach other students from RP when school reopens.

CE point will be given and worksheets will need to be done.

Person in charge will be our president Casper.

Seiransai 2010

The 20th Waseda Shibuya Senior High School Festival, or Seiransai 20th, is here!

Held annually, activities such as tea ceremonies, festival games, haunted house and band performances will be able to be enjoy and have fun. There’s even an opportunity for you to take your photo while dressed up in a Japanese high school uniform!

Date: Sunday, 19 September 2010
Time: 9.30am to 4.30pm
Venue: Waseda Shibuya Senior High School (57 West Coast Road, Singapore 127366)
Admission: Free

Note: This is NOT a cosplay/summer festival event, so just wear casual will do. Also please do not upload any photos or videos of Seiransai on the internet. This is to protect the privacy of Waseda Shibuya students.

*This will be a good chance for you to know how to improve on our Gakuensai as we will be doing something similar but smaller.

JCIG Upcoming Events

Hi all JCIG members!

Please be reminded that we will have a COMPULSORY Mass Meet Session on the last day of UT3,

Date: 14th Sep 2010(Tuesday)

Time: 5.30p.m.

Venue: LR-W4A (level 1)

We will be explaining to you about the Gakuensai and you will be choosing which group you want to join on that day. Please be informed that it is on a first come first serve basis.

We will also be telling you some information on the upcoming JCIG camp which will be on the 16th and 17th of September.

(P.S. The JCIG camp is not confirmed at the moment. We are still waiting for the higher-up's approval. The camp will be counted in your attendance.)
