Please take note we will be having a meeting on thur (12/08/10)
Time:4.30pm
Venue: library (the table beside the big stairs, near gaming room)
This meeting is mainly for story telling and game booth team.
Leader for story telling and artists team please inform your member about this meeting.
We will be discussing shift for the booth and also props that are needed to be done.
there will be a trial run for game this sat and i will need to know how many people are going.
the detail of the trial run will be given on thur.
This meeting is compulsory for all.
